Load-In
The backstage loading area is
accesses directly off State Street. There is
a paved alleyway between Rumbleseat Music and
the Ithaca Journal. This has direct access to
the stage and backstage area.

Advance Forms & Info
Please fill out and return the
advance forms with your tech rider. The Advance
forms are designed to cover the wide range of
events we host at The State Theatre so not all
questions will apply to everyone filling out the
forms.
Parking and load in is on State St. We do not
have a loading dock, we load onto the street and
go up a short alley to the stage. The sidewalk
is at stage deck level.
We do not have shore power. You
can run a generator but you can not run a truck
or bus for more than 5 min.
We do NOT supply Gel, Tape, Tie-Line or
other consumables

equipment, lighting and sound (all rental arrangements
are made through the State Theatre Production
