Theatre Rental Rates
All rates listed below are for
non-union performances. If the show is a union
show, union scale rates will apply. Rental rates
are negotiable for special circumstances and
community groups.

are interested in renting, or for more information

Rent:
Full Day: $1,800 ($180 per hour
after midnight)
Rehearsal/Load in/out (additional day): $100.00
per hour
Required Staff:
Technical Director: $30.00 per
hour (4 hour minimum)
House Manager: $25.00 per hour (4 hour minimum)
Additional Fees:
Restoration Fee: $1.50 per ticket
sold (or $1000 buyout)
Ticketing Fee: $0.75 per ticket sold
Credit Card Fees: 3%
Security (if required): $375
Website “Featured Event” Marketing:
$250
Marquee 3 days prior: Free (as available)
Excessive clean-up As determined
Performance Calls, if required: (Rates
for entire performance)
Stage Manager $150.00
Stage Hands $75.00
ALL OTHER EXPENSES INCURRED WILL
BE PASS-THROUGH BILLED AT THE SETTLEMENT OF
THE EVENT
